got a pump port that’s G 2-11 on it, and my hose is 3/4-14 nptf. is this the right adapter to marry those up?

Built for that exact cross-thread situation, it goes from a 2 inch Male BSPP (G 2-11) on one side to a 3/4 inch Female NPT (3/4-14 NPTF) on the other, in a straight in-line adapter.

That's what this one's built for. One end is a 2" Male BSPP (G 2-11) thread and the other is a 3/4" Female NPT (3/4-14 NPTF). So you'd thread the male BSPP side into your equipment port and run your 3/4" NPT male fitting straight into the other end. It's a straight adapter, no angle to it, so both connections land in-line. Steel construction, made by Adaptall, part number 9035-32-12.
