got a pump port that’s G 1-1/4 (BSPP). will this adapter let me hook up a 1-1/4 nptf line to it?

For tying those two thread standards together, it’s a straight steel adapter with a male G 1-1/4 - 11 BSPP on one side and a female 1-1/4 - 11.5 NPTF on the other.

So this has a male BSPP end and a female NPT end, both 1-1/4"? Just want to make sure I'm reading that right.

You're spot on. This adapter features a male 1-1/4" BSPP connection on one side and a female 1-1/4" NPT connection on the other.

Got a piece of equipment running a 1-1/4 inch BSPP port and need to tie into a NPT female fitting on the other end, this the right adapter for that?

That's what this one's built for. One end is a male 1-1/4" BSPP, which carries the G 1-1/4 - 11 thread spec, and the other end is a female 1-1/4" NPT at 1-1/4 - 11.5 NPTF. Both sides are the same nominal size, so you're connecting like-sized ports across two different thread standards. It's a straight adapter, no bends or offsets, and it's made from steel.
