Will this adapter hold up to typical hydraulic pressures, or is it more for lower-pressure stuff?

Got a piece of equipment with a G 1/4 - 19 BSPP port on it and I need to tie into a 1/8 NPT female line. This fitting work for that?

That's what this adapter is built for. The male end is G 1/4 - 19 BSPP and the female end accepts a 1/8 - 27 NPTF male fitting, so it bridges those two thread standards in a straight configuration. Just make sure your NPT side is a male 1/8" fitting coming off your line and you're good to go.
