Got a piece of equipment running BSPP fittings and need to tie into an NPT port, this a straight-through adapter or does it have some kind of offset to it?

Straight through, no offset. Both sides are 1/8 inch, so you're going G 1/8-28 BSPP on the male end threading into a 1/8-27 NPTF female port on the other. The whole thing is only 27.1mm long and 16mm across, so it'll tuck in without taking up much real estate. Steel construction, made by Adaptall, and it's built for exactly the kind of thread transition you're describing.

For that thread changeover, it matches what you described. One side is a male BSPP connection called out as G 1/8 - 28, and the other side is a female NPTF connection called out as 1/8 - 27 NPTF.
