Got a port that needs sealing on a hydraulic manifold and space is real tight around it. Will this plug sit flush enough to not interfere with anything nearby?

Flush seating is exactly what the countersunk design handles. The plug sits down into the port rather than protruding above the surface, so clearance issues around the port face are pretty much a non-issue. At 10.2mm in length and 17mm across the flats, it keeps a low profile while still giving you enough hex to get a wrench on it without a fight.

i need a plug that’ll sit down flush and not stick out, is this one countersunk?

With the countersunk head, it’s made to sit flush with the surface when installed, so you are not left with a plug sticking up and catching on things.
