Got a manifold block with a quarter-inch BSPP port I need to cap off. This plug gonna sit flush with the face or is it gonna stick out past it?

That countersunk head profile is exactly what keeps it from protruding. It's built to sit flush or even recessed into the port face, so you won't have anything sticking up past the surface. Real handy when clearance around that port is tight or when another component needs to mount close by.

How deep does this plug sit when it's screwed in? I'm workin' with limited space here.

The overall length is 17.1mm, so that's how far it'll extend into the port when fully seated. Keep in mind the countersunk head will sit flush or slightly recessed, giving you a lower profile than a standard plug.
