both ends are female BSPP on this thing, right? just want to make sure before i order it for a tight spot on a hydraulic line

Correct on both counts. Each end carries a G 1/8 - 28 BSPP female thread, and the fitting runs straight through at 29mm total length. The swivel action on both sides lets you rotate each connection independently during assembly, which makes it a lot easier to get everything lined up without torquing the surrounding fittings out of position.
