Got a piece of equipment running G 3/8-19 BSPP ports and the line coming off it is NPT. This the right fitting to make that connection work?

That's exactly what this adapter is built for. One end is 1/2-14 NPTF male and the other is G 3/8-19 female BSPP with a swivel, so it bridges those two thread standards in a straight configuration.
