Will this fitting hold up alright for connecting a hydraulic line to a flat face port on my equipment? I just wanna be sure it's gonna seal up good.

Got a metric flat face port on a Chinese-made hydraulic block, M18 x 1.5 thread. Will the JIC side of this fitting thread into a standard 3/4-16 UNF male JIC connection without any issues?

That matchup works. One end of this fitting is a male JIC with a 3/4-16 UNF thread, which seats into a standard female JIC 37-degree flare connection. The other end is a female metric flat face sized at M18 x 1.5. So if your block has that metric port and your hose or line terminates in a female JIC, this straight steel adapter bridges those two without any intermediate fittings.
