What size wrench do I need for this fitting? Looks like more than one size is involved.

You'll need a 19mm wrench for one side and a 22mm wrench for the other.

Got a metric port on my equipment and need to hook up a JIC line to it, this the kind of fitting that bridges that gap?

Exactly what it's built for. One end is a 9/16-18 UNF male JIC thread, the other is a female M16 x 1.5 metric swivel. The swivel side connects to a DIN tube fitting, so you can mate a standard JIC hydraulic line to a metric port without any adapter stacking. Both ends are steel, overall length runs 41mm, and the straight body keeps the hydraulic connections clean when space isn't an issue.
