trying to hook a 5/16 jic hose to a metric din tube port, is this the right adapter?

For that mix of ends, it matches up as a straight steel adapter with a 5/16 inch male JIC end called out as 1/2-20 UNF, and a female DIN tube swivel end called out as M12 x 1.5.
