Will this fitting hold up okay outside? I'm hooking up a hydraulic log splitter and it's gotta sit out in the weather.

Steel construction should provide decent corrosion resistance for outdoor use, but keep in mind it's still steel. You might want to consider a rust inhibitor or coating for long-term exposure.

Got a line running G 1-1/4 BSPP on the pump side and need to tie into a 1-5/16-12 JIC female connection on the other end. This fitting gonna bridge that gap straight through?

Right thread combo for that exact situation. The male end is a G 1-1/4 - 11 BSPP and the female swivel end is 1-5/16 - 12 UN JIC, so it connects those two thread types in a straight configuration without any additional adapters in between. Steel construction, 67mm end to end, and the swivel on the JIC side gives you a little rotation to help with alignment when you're making up the connection.
