Got a BSPP port on a pump and need to tie into a JIC line, this a straight shot adapter or does it got some kind of angle to it?

Straight configuration on this one, no angle. The male end is G 3/8-19 BSPP and the female JIC end is 7/16-20 UNF, so it goes in line without any change in direction. Overall length is 36mm, which keeps things pretty compact if you're working in a tight spot. The female JIC side swivels, so you get some flexibility when you're torquing everything down without twisting up your line.

trying to hook a BSPP port to a JIC hose, is this the right adapter size or am i off a step

For matching up those two thread styles, this adapter is a straight Male BSPP to Female JIC swivel. Side 1 is a G 3/8 - 19 male BSPP thread, and side 2 is a 7/16 - 20 UNF female JIC thread, which is the common 1/4 inch JIC size.
