Both ends on this thing are the same size and thread, right? Just want to make sure I ain't gonna have a mismatch when I go to hook it up inline.

Both sides are identical on thread size and type. You've got 1-5/16-12 UN on the male end and the same 1-5/16-12 UN on the female swivel end, so there's no size change or thread conversion happening here. It's a straight, same-size inline fitting meant to connect two JIC lines of the same spec without any adaptation.
