trying to match up a fitting i pulled off a machine, is this one the straight adapter that goes from G 3/4 - 14 male over to an M18 x 1.5 female swivel?

For that combo, you are looking at a straight steel adapter with a male BSPP side listed as G 3/4 - 14, and the other end is a female DIN tube swivel in size L12 with an M18 x 1.5 thread.

What size wrench do I need for installing this thing?

This adapter requires a 32mm wrench for side 1 (the BSPP side) and a 24mm wrench for side 2 (the DIN tube side).
