what size wrenches do I need on both ends to get this thing torqued down proper?

Both ends take a 19mm wrench. The hex width is the same across side one and side two, so you only need one wrench size to work the whole fitting.

got a hose end that’s G 1/4-19 BSPP female. will this swivel mate up to it and what’s on the other side

For the BSPP side, it has a G 1/4 - 19 female BSPP swivel connection. The other end is a male metric M12 x 1.5 thread.
