got a 1 inch BSPP line and want to add a gauge point, is this the tee that does that?

For adding a test point in-line, this tee gives you a 1 inch BSPP male on Side 1, a 1 inch BSPP female on Side 2, and a 1/8 inch BSPP female test port on Side 3 (G 1/8 - 28). It’s meant for hydraulic testing and diagnostics where you need a small port for monitoring.

The width of this Adaptall BSPP test port is 41mm on both Channel 1 and Channel 2.

what's the thread setup on this thing? trying to figure out if it'll tie into my existing 1" BSPP lines without a bunch of extra fittings

Side 1 is a 1" BSPP male connection, and Side 2 is a 1" BSPP female, so it runs inline with your existing 1" BSPP hydraulic connections no problem. Side 3 is the test port itself, which is a 1/8" BSPP female. That's where you'd attach a pressure gauge or diagnostic instrument for monitoring. The tee shape keeps everything in line while giving you that dedicated tap point for testing.
