Product Questions & Answers

What size is that little port for testing? I need to hook up my gauge.
Question by: Wes H on May 10, 2025, 7:50 PM
That smaller branch port is a 1/4" BSPP female. You should be able to thread your pressure gauge right in there.

trying to add a quick pressure check point, is this one of those tee fittings with a test port on the side?
Question by: Daryl R on Sep 27, 2025, 7:56 AM
Built as a tee adapter, it runs inline from a 3/4 inch BSPP male (G 3/4-14) into a 3/4 inch BSPP female (G 3/4-14), and the branch is a dedicated 1/4 inch BSPP female port (G 1/4-19) meant for hooking up a gauge or diagnostic line.

what's the thread setup on this thing? trying to figure out if the inline ports are the same size as the test branch or if they're different
Question by: Clint B on Sep 2, 2025, 2:34 PM
The inline ports are both 3/4" BSPP, one male on the inlet side and one female on the outlet, so it drops right into an existing 3/4" BSPP line. The branch port where you hook up your test gauge is a smaller 1/4" BSPP female. So no, they're not the same size across all three connections. Thread callouts are G 3/4-14 on the inline sides and G 1/4-19 on the test port.
