got a straight run where one side is G 1-1/4 - 11 male and the other side needs to be a G 1-1/2 - 11 female swivel, is that what this adapter is?

What size threads are on each end of this fitting, and are both ends BSPP?

Both ends are BSPP, yes. The male end is 1-1/4" BSPP with an 11 threads per inch pitch, and the female swivel end is 1-1/2" BSPP, also at 11 TPI. So you've got two different sizes here, which matters when you're stepping up between components in a hydraulic line.
