Got a 1-1/4 BSPP port on a manifold that needs to step down to a 3/4 female BSPP connection. This the right fitting for that?

That's what this one's built for. The male end is a G 1-1/4 - 11 thread and the female end is G 3/4 - 14, so you're getting a reducing swivel that handles that size drop in a straight configuration. Steel construction, 59.5mm overall length. Should drop right into that setup without any trouble.
