What size wrench do I need for this swivel fitting?

This Adaptall swivel uses a 42mm wrench on the male side and a 50mm wrench on the female side.

got a 1-1/4 female BSPP port on a manifold block and need to step down to a 3/4 male BSPP line -- would this fitting handle that transition in one shot?
