trying to hook a G 3/4 - 14 bspP male side to a G 1/2 - 14 bspp female port, is that what this swivel is for?

For connecting those two BSPP thread sizes in a straight steel fitting, it matches up as male G 3/4 - 14 on one end and female G 1/2 - 14 BSPP swivel on the other.

Got a 3/4 male BSPP line coming off my pump and need to step it down to a 1/2 female BSPP port on the valve block. this fitting do that?

That's what this one's built for. One end is a 3/4 inch male BSPP (G 3/4-14) and the other is a 1/2 inch female BSPP (G 1/2-14), so it bridges that size difference in a straight-line connection. Steel construction, 48mm overall length, and it comes from Adaptall under part number 9015-12-08.
