Got a piece of equipment running BSPT fittings on one end and JIC on the other, will this adapter bridge that gap without needing any extra hardware in between?

That's what it's built for. One end is 1-1/16 - 12 UN JIC male, the other is R 3/4 - 14 BSPT male, so it connects those two thread standards directly. No additional fittings or adapters needed in between. Both sides are 3/4" size, and the straight configuration keeps the hydraulic connections clean and compact. At 54.1mm long and 28.5mm wide, it fits into tight spaces without a lot of fuss.

got a hose end that’s 1-1/16 - 12 UN JIC male, will this adapter mate up to it and give me a 3/4 BSPT male on the other side?

For a straight thread changeover like that, it connects a 1-1/16 - 12 UN JIC male on one end to an R 3/4 - 14 BSPT male on the other, with both sides called out as 3/4 inch.
