got a hose end that’s 7/8-14 UNF JIC male. is this the straight adapter that’ll step me over to a 3/4 BSPT male?

Function-wise it is a straight steel adapter with a 5/8 inch male JIC on one side (7/8 - 14 UNF thread) and a 3/4 inch male BSPT on the other side (R 3/4 - 14 thread). It is meant for connecting those two thread types in-line.

Got a hydraulic line running BSPT fittings on one end and JIC on the other, this the right piece to bridge that gap?
