Product Questions & Answers

What size wrench do I need for this fitting? Just wanna make sure I got the right one before I start wrenching on it.
Question by: Kurt H on Feb 19, 2026, 9:06 PM
This adapter needs a 35mm wrench. That should let you get it tightened up properly.

Got a machine here running a mix of SAE and British Standard fittings, would this adapter work as a straight inline connection between a JIC male and a BSPP female port without needing extra sealing parts?
Question by: Dwight R on Nov 12, 2025, 12:10 PM
That fixed female BSPP end handles the port seal on its own, so you won't need to add any separate sealing components on that side. The male JIC end threads in at 1-1/16-12 UN, and the BSPP side picks up a G 3/4-14 connection. Straight geometry means it drops right into an inline run without any offset. Good fit for exactly the kind of mixed-standard circuit you're describing.

got a hose end that’s 1-1/16-12 JIC male, will this adapter mate up to it and still let me screw into a G 3/4-14 port?
Question by: Ralph R on Jul 3, 2025, 2:00 PM
On the JIC side you get a 3/4 inch male with 1-1/16-12 UN threads, and the other end is a 3/4 inch female BSPP fixed port connection with G 3/4-14 threads, so it is meant to bridge those two thread standards in a straight, inline setup.
