got a hose end with G 2 - 11 on it and the other side of my setup is 1-1/2 NPTF. is this the right nipple to tie those together?

Got a system running 2-inch BSPP fittings on one end and 1-1/2-inch NPT on the other, does this nipple bridge that gap directly?

That's what it's built for. One side is a G 2-11 BSPP male thread at 2 inches, and the other is a 1-1/2-11.5 NPTF male thread. So if you've got a BSPP port on one component and an NPT port on the other, this connects them without needing additional adapters in between. It's a straight configuration, so there's no offset or angle to account for during installation.
