Product Questions & Answers

Will this fitting work to connect a BSPP line to an NPT one? I got a machine with one type and the supply lines are the other.

This Adaptall nipple is indeed made for connecting a BSPP male thread to an NPTF male thread, so it should do the trick for what you're describing. Just make sure the sizes are right – this one goes from a 1-1/2" BSPP to a 1" NPT.

Got a piece of equipment with a G 1-1/2 BSPP port and I need to tie it into a 1-inch NPT line, this the right fitting for that?
Question by: Hank M on Jun 23, 2025, 1:37 PM
That's what this nipple is built for. One end is G 1-1/2 - 11 BSPP male and the other is 1 - 11.5 NPTF male, so it bridges those two thread standards in a straight, in-line connection. Worth noting it's also a size reducer since the BSPP side is 1-1/2 inch and the NPT side steps down to 1 inch, so make sure your line sizing works with that before you button everything up.

got a port that’s G 1-1/2 - 11 BSPP and my line is 1 inch NPTF, is this the right nipple to tie those together
Question by: Neal A on Jul 25, 2025, 6:16 PM
For that exact mix of threads, it’s a match. One end is a G 1-1/2 - 11 BSPP male and the other end is a 1 - 11.5 NPTF male, so it’s meant to bridge BSPP-ported equipment over to an NPT-threaded line or manifold in a straight, in-line connection.
