On the JIC side it is a 2 inch male with 2-1/2 - 12 UN threads, and the other end is a 1-1/4 inch male BSPP with G 1-1/4 - 11 threads.

Got a piece of equipment running BSPP fittings and I need to tie into a JIC line, this a straight adapter or does it got some kind of angle to it?

Straight through, no angle. One end is a 2-inch JIC male with a 2-1/2-12 UN thread, and the other is a 1-1/4-inch BSPP male on a G 1-1/4-11 thread. Both ends point the same direction, so it works best where you've got a clean inline connection and enough clearance to run things straight.
