trying to swap a line over, is this adapter 3/4 JIC male on one side and 1/2 BSPP male on the other?

You are looking at a straight steel adapter with a 3/4 inch male JIC end (1-1/16 - 12 UN) on Side 1 and a 1/2 inch male BSPP end (G 1/2 - 14) on Side 2.
