Got a hydraulic line coming off a British-made pump with a 1" BSPP male port, need to tie into a metric fitting on the other end that's M30 x 1.5. This the right adapter for that?

That's what this one's built for. One end is G 1-11 male BSPP, which covers your 1" British Standard Pipe Parallel connection, and the other end comes out as M30 x 1.5 male metric. Both sides are male, so you'd need female ports or couplings on whatever you're threading into. It's a straight adapter, steel construction, 53.4mm overall length with a 41mm wrench flat for tightening. Solid fit for bridging that BSPP-to-metric gap.

trying to hook a G 1-11 port up to a metric line, is this the right adapter?

For that kind of mix-and-match, it’s a straight steel adapter with a male BSPP thread on one end (G 1 - 11, 1 inch) and a male Metric thread on the other (M30 x 1.5, 30x1.5).
