What's the wrench size needed for tightening this fitting?

The 22mm CH width is designed to fit standard tooling for both installing and removing this adapter.

Got a hydraulic line with an M16 x 1.5 port on one end and a G 1/4-19 BSPP port on the other, will this adapter bridge those two without needing anything else in between?
