trying to hook a G 1/4-19 port to an M14 x 1.5 line, is this the right adapter?

For that thread changeover, it matches up as a straight steel adapter with a G 1/4-19 BSPP male on one end and an M14 x 1.5 metric male on the other.

Will this here adapter work to hook up somethin' with a G 1/4 - 19 fitting to somethin' that takes M14 X 1.5?

Got a line on my equipment that's got a metric port, M14 x 1.5, and I need to tie it into something with a G 1/4-19 BSPP fitting. This adapter do that straight shot, no reducers or extra pieces?

That's what this one does. One end is G 1/4-19 BSPP male, the other is M14 x 1.5 metric male, and it runs straight through with no offsets or angles. Steel construction, so it holds up in working conditions without babying. At just under 30mm long, it won't eat up a lot of space in a tight hydraulic connections setup either.
