what's the thread size on the JIC side of this fitting, and does it come with the o-ring already or is that separate?

The JIC side runs a 1-1/16 - 12 UN thread, which puts it at a 3/4" size. The washer and o-ring are part of the fitting itself, so you're not sourcing those separately. It's ready to go as-is for making up that JIC to BSPP connection.
