what's the thread setup on both ends of this fitting? trying to connect a JIC line to a BSPP port and wanna make sure I got the right one

One end runs a 1/2-20 UNF male JIC, sized for 5/16" systems. The other end is a G 1/4-19 male BSPP, which covers 1/4" connections. So yeah, if you're bridging a JIC line over to a BSPP port, this is the right combination.
