Reckon this would work alright for hooking up a pressure gauge to my hydraulic pump?

Got a line running 3/4 inch BSPP on one end and 5/8 inch BSPP on the other, does this nipple bridge those two sizes straight through?

That's what it does. One end is G 3/4-14 male BSPP and the other is G 5/8-14 male BSPP, so it connects those two thread sizes in a straight run without any bends or offsets. Both ends are male, so you'd be threading into female BSPP ports or fittings on each side. The 45mm overall length and 32mm wrench flat make it easy to torque down properly without fighting it.
