That's correct. This 90-degree elbow features female BSPP connections that are both 3/4" size with a G 3/4 - 14 callout.

Both ports are female BSPP with the same callout on each side, G 3/4 - 14, and the fitting size is 3/4 inch on Side 1 and Side 2.

Both ends are female BSPP on this thing, right? Just want to make sure before I order it for a 3/4" line I'm trying to reroute.

Correct on both counts. Both ends are female BSPP, each with a G 3/4 - 14 thread callout, and both sides are 3/4" size. So if you've got a 3/4" BSPP male fitting on each side of your line, this elbow will mate up without issue.
