trying to hook a 1 inch bspP port to a 3/4 bspP line and need it to turn 90, is this the right fitting?

For a right angle reduction between two male BSPP ports, it fits that job. Side one is a 1 inch G 1-11 male BSPP, and side two is a 3/4 inch G 3/4-14 male BSPP.

Got a hydraulic line that needs to step down from 1 inch to 3/4 inch BSPP and make a 90 degree turn at the same time, this fitting handle both of those at once?

Right, that's exactly what this elbow is built for. One side is a 1" G 1-11 male BSPP thread and the other steps down to a 3/4" G 3/4-14 male BSPP thread, so you get the size reduction and the direction change in a single fitting. This elbow fitting is made for exactly that type of situation. It has a 1" male BSPP on one end and a 3/4" male BSPP on the other, so it'll let you connect different-sized lines at a right angle.
