Just want to make sure, this here fitting will go from a DIN tube to a regular NPT thread right?

That's correct, this fitting is designed to adapt between a DIN tube connection and a standard NPT threaded port. It has an M16 x 1.5 male DIN tube end and a 1/4"-18 NPTF male thread.
