got a tight spot on a hydraulic line, is this the 90 degree elbow that goes from M20 x 1.5 din tube over to M18 x 1.5 metric male?

For that setup, it matches those thread callouts. Side 1 is a DIN tube connection with an M20 x 1.5 male end (size S12), and side 2 is a metric M18 x 1.5 male end (18 mm). The 90° elbow shape is meant to help route the line in close quarters.

what's the thread size on both ends of this fitting? got a M18 line on one side and need to confirm the other before I order

Side one runs M20 x 1.5 and side two is M18 x 1.5, so if you've got an M18 line on one end, that matches up with side two. The other end would need to connect to an M20 x 1.5 DIN tube port. Both sides are male, so keep that in mind when checking what you're mating to on each connection point.
