flow rate on this one is listed at 80 LPM -- is that enough for press and machine tool work or is it gonna be a bottleneck?

For most press and machine tool circuits, 80 litres per minute is a solid working capacity. These valves are built with exactly those applications in mind, along with die casting, foundry equipment, and similar industrial setups. Whether it becomes a limiting factor depends on your system demand, but for typical single-stage directional control in those environments, 80 LPM handles the work without issue.
