flow rate on this valve is listed at 60 LPM -- is that enough for press applications or is it on the low end for that kind of work?

For press applications, 60 litres per minute is a workable flow rate, especially in mid-range press circuits where demand isn't extreme. The DGMFN-3 series is explicitly listed for press use, so it's not a stretch to run it in that environment. Whether it's enough really comes down to your cylinder bore size and cycle speed requirements. If your press circuit runs moderate volumes without sustained high-flow bursts, this valve fits comfortably within that range.
