what's the seal material on this valve, and is Buna-N gonna hold up alright in a standard industrial hydraulic setup?

Buna-N is a solid, workhorse seal material for most hydraulic applications. It handles petroleum-based fluids well and performs reliably in the kind of machine tool and general industrial environments this valve is built for. Nothing exotic required on the fluid side for it to do its job.
