Trying to figure out if this valve'll hold up in a die casting setup where contamination is always a fight. Any reason to think it won't?

Contamination resistance is actually one of the stronger points of this valve. The DGMC2-3 SystemStak design reduces external leak paths and is built to handle dirty operating environments better than a lot of standard directional control setups. Die casting and foundry work is one of the listed application areas for this unit, so it fits that kind of environment without needing any special justification.
