flow rate on this valve is listed at 80 LPM -- is that gonna hold up runnin it on a press application or am i gonna be pushin the limits?

80 liters per minute puts it well within range for most press setups. Press systems are actually one of the listed applications for this valve, so you're not working against the grain there. Just make sure your system demand stays at or below that flow ceiling and you'll be fine.
