flow rate on this one, is 120 LPM enough for a press application or should I be looking at something bigger?

For press applications, 120 litres per minute puts the DGMFN-5 squarely in a capable range. It shows up on the approved application list for press use right alongside machine tool and die casting environments, so it's not a stretch to run it there. Whether that flow ceiling fits your specific circuit depends on your system demand, but the valve isn't undersized for that category of work by design.
