what's the thread size on both ends of this fitting? trying to figure out if it'll work with what I already got on the machine

One end is a DIN tube connection, M22 x 1.5 thread, size S14. The other end is a male metric connection at M20 x 1.5. Both sides are male, so make sure your mating connections are female on each end before you order.
