flow rate on this valve is listed at 80 LPM, is that enough for a standard press circuit or should I be looking at something bigger?

For most press circuits running moderate loads, 80 litres per minute holds up fine. This is a single-stage directional control valve, so it's moving flow in response to direction commands rather than amplifying it. If your press circuit peaks above that 80 LPM threshold, you'd want to size up, but for a good portion of press applications that rating covers the work without issue.
