flow rate on this one -- is 80 liters per minute enough for press or die casting work, or is that gonna be a bottleneck?

For most press and die casting applications, 80 liters per minute is well within the working range. Those environments do push valves hard, and this one is specifically listed for both press and die casting and foundry use, so the flow capacity lines up with what those machines typically demand. If your system is running right at or above that ceiling, you'd want to account for that in your circuit design, but for standard duty in those applications it holds up fine.
