flow rate on this valve is listed at 80 lpm, that enough for a press application or is it gonna be cutting it close?

For most press setups, 80 liters per minute is a solid working range. The DG4V-3 series is explicitly listed for press applications, so it's not a stretch to say it fits that use case well. Whether 80 lpm is tight or comfortable depends on your system demand, but the valve is rated and marketed for exactly that kind of work.
