If I'm runnin' this valve pretty much all day every day, will that Buna-N seal hold up okay?

Buna-N is a pretty standard seal material, so it should do fine, but keep an eye on it. Like any hydraulic system component, consistent monitoring and scheduled maintenance can help prevent unexpected downtime.
